Environmental education is an urgent need to shape a generation that cares about the sustainability of the earth. Elementary schools, as the initial level of education, play a strategic role in instilling environmental values in students. One relevant subject is Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), as it combines scientific and social aspects that are closely related to everyday life. This research is a literature review aimed at examining the role of IPAS learning in creating an environmentally conscious generation through an impactful learning approach. Data were obtained from various books, scientific articles, and recent journals on IPAS learning, environmental education, and the concept of impactful learning in elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that IPAS learning can be a vehicle for fostering environmental awareness through project-based learning strategies, character value integration, the use of contextual media, strengthening scientific literacy, and authentic evaluation. Thus, IPAS learning not only transfers knowledge but also fosters awareness, attitudes, and concrete actions in protecting the environment. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of teacher innovation in designing IPAS learning that is meaningful, interactive, and has a direct impact on students' environmentally conscious behavior.
