Mathematics learning in elementary schools not only serves as a means to master arithmetic skills and numerical concepts, but also plays a crucial role in character formation and fostering student creativity. Character traits such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and perseverance can be fostered through mathematical problem-solving activities that require systematic thinking and consistency. Furthermore, student creativity can be honed when teachers use contextual approaches, educational games, digital technology, and project-based learning models that provide space for the exploration of ideas. This literature review aims to review previous research on the integration of character values and the development of creativity through mathematics learning in elementary schools. The method used was a literature review, reviewing articles, journals, and books published in the past five years relevant to the topic. The study's results indicate that mathematics learning designed with innovative strategies can foster positive attitudes toward the subject while supporting student character development. Furthermore, mathematical creativity encompasses not only the ability to generate different answers but also the ability to think flexibly and find new solutions that are useful in everyday life. Therefore, mathematics learning in elementary schools should be viewed as a comprehensive tool that plays a dual role: building an academic foundation while simultaneously shaping students' personalities and creativity.
